Raman will face incumbent Karen Bass on Nov. 3; Bass led the primary with 291,397 votes, or 34.3%, while Raman had 246,333, or 29%, and Pratt 216,783, or 25.5%.
Pratt acknowledged the loss with a brief X post — “Are they done counting yet?” — after spending days in second place following the June 2 election.
His campaign was fueled partly by anger over Karen Bass' response to the Palisades Fire, which destroyed his home last year, and drew backing from Donald Trump, Joe Rogan, Dennis Quaid and Paris Hilton.
