Texas reported statewide gains in all five Spring 2026 STAAR end-of-course exams, with every student group posting higher shares meeting grade level.
Algebra I showed the biggest improvement: 54% met grade level, up 7 percentage points from Spring 2025, while U.S. History reached 70%.
Biology, English I and English II all continued improving and now exceed pre-pandemic performance, with gains also recorded for emergent bilingual, special education and economically disadvantaged students.
Parents can access individual EOC results starting June 10 through district family portals or TexasAssessment.gov; grades 3-8 STAAR results are due June 16.
