Bandai Namco has made a Digimon Story: Time Stranger demo available worldwide on the Nintendo eShop for both Switch 2 and Switch, about a month before the full game arrives.
The demo includes the complete opening section of the RPG—covering exploration, battles, conversations and Digivolution—and its save data carries over to the full release.
A second segment unlocks after those opening chapters, letting players roam Central Town, interact with Digimon and fight enemies in an underground passage.
The July 10 game is a turn-based monster-taming RPG set across Tokyo and the Digital World: Iliad, with a time-travel story and more than 450 Digimon.
