Apple TV released a preview clip for episode 9 of "Widow's Bay," which premieres Wednesday, June 10.
Episode 9 centers on residents being told to seek shelter as a centuries-old storm heads toward the island and threatens to leave everyone in darkness.
"Widow's Bay" follows Mayor Tom Loftis, played by Emmy winner Matthew Rhys, as he tries to revive his struggling island community despite poor connectivity and locals who believe it is cursed.
The horror-comedy series says those old island legends begin coming true again just as Loftis finally succeeds in drawing tourists to the destination.
Apple Studios' series was created by Katie Dippold, with Hiro Murai among the executive producers and directors for 5 episodes this season.
