$4.99 a month will be the new price for Google AI Plus at renewal, down from its $7.99 U.S. launch price, while included cloud storage rises to 400 GB from 200 GB.
Google said the lower tier still offers 2x Gemini app usage versus free accounts, a 128,000-token context window, and tools including Daily Brief, Omni Flash video generation and scheduled actions.
The package also expands limits in NotebookLM, Gmail features such as Proofread and AI Inbox, and access to Google Flow, AI Studio and Antigravity; the storage increase rolls out over the next few days.
Google is also relabeling its $9.99 2 TB plan as Google AI Plus, extending a broader pricing reshuffle after April's AI Pro storage upgrade and I/O 2026 cuts to higher-end AI tiers.
