Bryant Park will host a free, registration-only Game 3 watch party for up to 5,000 fans after the Knicks added a third sanctioned viewing site Monday.
Trump’s attendance at the first NBA Finals game in New York since 1999 forced police and the Secret Service to cancel the usual Madison Square Garden plaza watch party and tighten access around the arena.
4 p.m. street closures will hit Seventh and Eighth avenues between West 30th and West 35th streets, with screening at five entry points and only ticketed or otherwise authorized people allowed inside the secure zone.
The Knicks told fans to arrive at least two hours early and bring as little as possible; rail service at Penn Station will continue normally.
Wollman Rink and Brooklyn Bowl had already reached capacity by Sunday afternoon, and the NYPD said the outdoor MSG watch party is expected to return for Game 4.
