Procast Group Wins 2-Year North Lanarkshire Electrical Deal for 250 Home Rewires a Year

North Lanarkshire Council awarded Procast Group a two-year electrical services contract covering domestic properties across the region, with options to extend it by two further one-year terms.
Up to 250 homes a year will be rewired under the programme, aimed at improving the safety, efficiency and reliability of residents’ electrical systems.
Hamilton-based Procast said the longer contract horizon will support new jobs and apprenticeships by giving it confidence to invest in skills, training and workforce growth.
The deal also deepens Procast’s existing relationship with the council while tying housing upgrades to wider local economic growth goals.
