$920 million a month will buy Google access to about 110,000 Nvidia GPUs plus related compute components from October 2026 through June 2029, under a deal SpaceX disclosed in a regulatory filing.
Google said unexpectedly strong demand for Gemini Enterprise and its agent platform drove the agreement, calling it short-term bridge capacity while its own infrastructure catches up.
The contract ramps up at a reduced fee through September 2026 and lets either side cancel with 90 days' notice after Dec. 31, 2026; Google can also walk away if SpaceX misses the Sept. 30 delivery target.
The deal is smaller than Anthropic's $1.25 billion-a-month arrangement for SpaceX compute and comes even as Alphabet has already committed more than $180 billion in capital spending this year.
For SpaceX, the agreement adds another marquee AI customer days before a planned Nasdaq debut that targets a roughly $1.75 trillion valuation and a record $75 billion raise.
