More than 500,000 people have already seen the show, which uses unreleased 360-degree footage filmed in space and places visitors in an ISS setting more than 400 kilometers above Earth.
The project blends cinematic storytelling with immersive set design and is based on the Emmy-winning Space Explorers series, billed as the largest media production ever filmed in space.
Since premiering in Montreal in 2021, the experience has also played in Houston, San Francisco, Shanghai and Singapore, with Lyon positioned as a flagship stop and a boost to the city's cultural profile.
Felix & Paul Studios created the production with TIME Studios and partners including NASA, the Canadian Space Agency, ESA, JAXA, ROSCOSMOS and the ISS U.S. National Laboratory.
