Brandon Gill said his viral Ohio hearing questions targeted alleged Medicaid fraud schemes using fraudulent LLCs to divert taxpayer money for services not provided.
Ohio’s fraud debate has intensified after reporting on the issue, with JD Vance’s White House Anti-Fraud Task Force and GOP gubernatorial nominee Vivek Ramaswamy pressing for tougher action.
Gill also used the interview to tout Ken Paxton’s Texas runoff win over John Cornyn, saying Republicans will try to nationalize the Senate race around President Donald Trump’s agenda.
Paxton told the same podcast Republicans are coalescing behind him for the general election, with Texas voters set to decide the Senate contest on Nov. 3.
