Summary
Zepp Health has begun rolling out Zepp OS 6 to the newly launched Amazfit Balance 3 and Amazfit Balance Ultra, about a year after Zepp OS 5 debuted.
HybridCharge is the headline upgrade, combining BioCharge with inputs such as stress, alcohol, travel and perceived exertion to refine workout guidance and trigger Boundary Reminders.
Zepp OS 6 also adds customizable lactate-threshold heart-rate zones, enhanced elevation charts, broader support for rowing machines and indoor cycling sensors, and a more unified training system.
The update refreshes the interface with a new Launcher, a system-level notification switch, device lock and a twice-daily Briefing that replaces Morning Update.
Some Zepp OS 6 features had already reached older Amazfit watches on Zepp OS 5, but the full rollout is currently limited to the two latest models.
