Summary
$2 million in seed funding will help Bengaluru-based Propsoch expand beyond its home market into Mumbai, while adding staff and strengthening its research and advisory platform.
Athera Venture Partners, Sparrow Capital and Vakil Group led the round, which follows a $600,000 pre-seed raise backed by the family offices of Godrej Group and Vakil Group.
Propsoch says it blends AI-led research with architectural due diligence across 80-plus property parameters, and has already signed more than 500 projects with over 210 partner builders in Bengaluru.
After advising more than 1,500 families, the startup aims to serve 10,000-plus homebuyers this year as investors keep backing Indian proptech expansion.
That push comes as India’s proptech market is projected to reach $3.8 billion by 2030, with recent deals including funding for PropertyPistol, Truva and Flent and JSW One’s BuildNext acquisition.
