LA Prosecutors Review 2025 Sexual Assault Case Against Sean Combs as He Serves 50-Month Sentence

If Los Angeles prosecutors file charges, Combs could face another trial while already serving a 50-month federal sentence in New Jersey for transporting women for prostitution.
Combs, 56, was acquitted last year on racketeering conspiracy and sex-trafficking counts, and his legal team is still trying to overturn the remaining federal conviction.
The allegations also name Christopher "CJ" Wallace and Willie Mack; Wallace’s lawyer called the claims baseless, and Wallace filed a defamation suit against Hay in November.
