May 7 marked the final episode of NBC crime drama “The Hunting Party,” which the network has now canceled after two seasons.
Melissa Roxburgh led the series as FBI profiler Rebecca “Bex” Henderson, heading a team tracking escaped killers from the secret prison known as “The Pit.”
NBC’s decision came weeks after its upfront presentation, where the network also canceled freshman comedy “Stumble” and second-season drama “Brilliant Minds.”
The move clears room in NBC’s 2026-27 lineup, which includes renewals for the “Law & Order” and “Chicago” franchises plus four new scripted series.
