September 30, 2026 will be the final day for Neiman Marcus' Downtown Dallas store, ending operations at the Main Street luxury landmark this fall.
Customer demand shifts and a changing retail landscape drove the decision, the company said, as Saks Global-owned Neiman Marcus navigates a bankruptcy process.
NorthPark will remain open and absorb parts of the downtown business, including bridal services, active orders and a revived Zodiac Room inspired by the downtown cafe.
The closure follows a 2025 reprieve that kept the store open into 2026 while the company explored a reimagining, and it adds to signs of downtown Dallas losing marquee names.
