VitaHustle, Kevin Hart’s plant-based nutrition company, raised new funding from Charlotte-based private equity firm Axum Capital Partners to support its next growth phase.
More than 5 million shakes sold helped position the 2022-founded brand for the deal, with the capital earmarked to expand brand awareness, improve operations and open new revenue streams.
The company sells an all-in-one wellness shake with 20 grams of plant protein and 86 superfoods, targeting benefits including gut health, energy and weight management.
Axum focuses on fast-growing health and wellness food and beverage companies, backing VitaHustle as the global health and wellness market is projected to reach $1 trillion in 2026.
