Westminster magistrates court heard Melissa Rein Lively, 40, accepted a conditional caution after admitting she assaulted a woman at Bond Street station last October.
£910 in compensation is due in July under the caution, which required her to admit the conduct was a criminal offence; an assault by beating charge was then withdrawn.
Prosecutors said the altercation began after Rein Lively appeared intoxicated, stumbled into a pushchair as two sisters walked with their children, then grabbed one sister's hair forcefully.
Philipp Ostermann, 37, who was with Rein Lively, pleaded not guilty to two racially aggravated public order charges and another public order offence; he was granted unconditional bail before a November trial.
