ZeroDrift Secures $10 Million Seed Round for AI Compliance Service

$10 million in seed funding will help ZeroDrift expand a service that sits between AI models and users to catch and replace noncompliant responses.
The startup uses deterministic software to detect violations of standards such as SOC 2 and GDPR, then calls an LLM only to rewrite the flagged message into a compliant version.
That architecture is designed to deliver lower latency and higher reliability than relying on a general-purpose model alone, giving ZeroDrift a way to compete alongside labs like OpenAI and Anthropic already embedded in enterprise systems.
CEO Kumesh Aroomoogan said the round closed in three weeks and was oversubscribed by 3x, signaling investor demand as companies look for AI governance tools beyond consumer-facing chatbots.
