Patch 1.08.00 introduced Baby Wyverns as pets, and Pearl Abyss said they will later grow into mountable creatures in a future Crimson Desert update.
Player feedback drove the confirmation after fans quickly focused on one omission in the new feature: the Baby Wyvern could be owned, but not ridden.
