Cooper Walls will make his 10th start Monday night against Troy, with Florida turning to the sophomore in the Gainesville Regional final after Sunday’s loss put its season at risk.
Walls is 3-2 with a 6.87 ERA over 36.2 innings, though he recently gave Florida 3.1 innings of one-run ball in a 4-3 win at No. 5 Florida State.
