Iran's Red Crescent said its hospital in Dubai is still closed and its assets remain frozen months after UAE authorities ordered the facility evacuated during the war.
2 months was the evacuation period requested by the UAE during the conflict, spokesman Mojtaba Khaledi told ILNA, but he said the hospital has not reopened after that window expired.
Khaledi said the status of the hospital's property is still unclear and called the continued closure and asset freeze unacceptable.
Humanitarian principles are at the center of Iran's complaint, with the Red Crescent arguing the UAE measures violate basic protections for medical facilities.
