Alyssa Canul, 17, was arrested May 27 on two aggravated robbery counts, a day after boyfriend Joseph Anthony Aguilar, 18, was seized in a multi-agency SWAT operation.
Police say the pair used dating apps to lure young men to in-person meetings in Universal City, then robbed and assaulted them.
One victim was pistol-whipped, while a 15-year-old boy was shot four times after being lured to a meeting spot; authorities said he survived and is recovering.
The suspects had recently moved to Universal City and were living at the Villa Mesa Apartments during the alleged attacks, which police said had raised community concern.
