Fortnite Launches Chapter 7 Season 3 on June 6 as 4 a.m. ET Downtime Starts

June 6 marks the start of Fortnite Chapter 7, Season 3 "The Runners," with servers scheduled to go down at 4 a.m. ET after a Friday live event ends the current storyline.
Epic Games has not set a return time, but past seasonal rollouts suggest roughly three to four hours of downtime before players can access the new season.
The update is set to refresh core game content with a new Battle Pass, points of interest, weapons, bosses and other map changes.
Epic has already teased Pen & Ink John Wick, a BurntPeanut collaboration, and the return of Sprites and Dr Slone, with more reveals expected around the end-of-season event.
After launch, the season is expected to run for several months, with Fortnite continuing its usual cadence of updates about every two weeks.
