M/I Homes said it will deploy Prophetic’s AI-native land evaluation system across multiple markets, combining parcel discovery, zoning and environmental review, yield estimates and pipeline management in one platform.
The rollout targets a core builder bottleneck: screening more sites and reaching faster go-or-no-go decisions without adding headcount, as land scarcity and manual diligence constrain new community growth.
Prophetic says its software can surface qualified and off-market parcels in seconds, consolidate feasibility work usually spread across several tools, and tie each value to a source for defensible decisions.
The deal follows Prophetic’s November partnership with D.R. Horton and underscores a broader push by homebuilders to use AI to streamline operations and gain an edge in land acquisition.
