Fox News Digital said Graham Platner still has an active Kik profile created in 2016, with a sexually suggestive photo, even as scrutiny grows over his conduct in Maine’s 2026 Senate race.
The account adds to allegations first reported by The Wall Street Journal that Platner sent sexually explicit messages to multiple women while married; his campaign says he deleted the app from his phone long ago.
Kik has drawn repeated criticism because users need only an email address and face no enforceable age verification; about 70% of users are estimated to be 13 to 24, and safety groups have tied the app to child exploitation risks.
Platner’s wife, Amy Gertner, called the infidelity coverage “gossip” in a weekend video and said their marriage is “great,” while the candidate faces broader fallout from past vulgar posts and scrutiny over a covered-up Nazi-linked tattoo.
