Pokémon GO Fest Returns to Chicago With $33 Tickets as Saturday Grant Park Sessions Sell Out

$33 tickets remain for Pokémon GO Fest in Chicago on June 5-7, but Saturday's Grant Park park-session tickets have already sold out.
Grant Park will run separate 9 a.m.-1 p.m. and 2-6 p.m. sessions each day, while citywide gameplay extends from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Thursday through Sunday.
Niantic is dropping the fenced-in layout used in past years, shifting to an open format meant to encourage exploration after the 2017 Chicago debut was marred by network crashes, refunds and chaos.
The three-day event also overlaps with the Field Museum's Pokémon Fossil Museum exhibit, giving visiting fans another Pokémon-themed draw in Chicago.
