Six people were stabbed after Arsenal's victory parade in north London, with one man in his 20s initially left in life-threatening condition after an attack on Hornsey Road shortly before 20:30 BST; police later said he was stable.
More than 500 officers policed the event as hundreds of thousands of supporters gathered to celebrate Arsenal's Premier League title, underscoring the scale of the operation and crowd.
The 24 arrests included 10 people suspected of assaulting police officers, three on suspicion of sexual assault and one on suspicion of grievous bodily harm linked to an attack that caused a head injury.
Two officers were also injured during the celebrations, with one suffering a slash wound to the hand and another struck on the head by thrown objects.
