Two Fresh Meadows residents — a 71-year-old man and 65-year-old woman — died after police found them with multiple stab wounds inside a Queens apartment Saturday night.
A 911 call came in just before 8 p.m., with the New York Post reporting the assault may still have been underway when officers were dispatched to the residence near Peck Avenue and 64th Avenue.
EMS took the man to NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and the woman to North Shore University Hospital, but both were later pronounced dead.
No arrests had been reported as of the latest local accounts, and investigators were still working the case.
