Sol Ruca won the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship at Clash in Italy by pinning Becky Lynch after escaping a Manhandle Slam and hitting the Sol Snatcher.
The finish capped a frantic closing stretch in which Ruca reversed Lynch’s attempted Sol Snatcher into a Manhandle Slam near-fall before landing her own finisher.
Lynch controlled long stretches of the match, argued repeatedly with referee Jessika Carr, and briefly swung momentum by using Carr as a shield before delivering a superplex.
Ruca had set the pace from the opening bell with a standing moonsault, an Orihara moonsault to the floor and a handstand counter, while both women traded submission attempts mid-match.
The result overturned Lynch’s 43-day title run in a rematch from Saturday Night’s Main Event and gave Ruca a breakthrough singles championship win.
