Konosuke Takeshita retained the AEW International Championship against Daniel Garcia, then was swarmed after the bell by Rocky Romero, Brian Cage, Lance Archer, Trent Baretta and returning Jack Doyle.
That attack followed Takeshita’s apparent split from the Don Callis Family, turning his first defense since beating Kazuchika Okada at Double or Nothing into the show’s closing brawl.
Jon Moxley, on commentary for the match, was also attacked by Shane Taylor, Shawn Dean and Carlie Bravo, with Marina Shafir joining in.
Mike Bailey, Orange Cassidy, Kyle O’Reilly and Roderick Strong ran in to aid Takeshita as the fight spread and Collision went off the air in chaos.
Elsewhere, AEW said injured TBS champion Willow Nightingale will relinquish the belt, with a 6-woman Survival of the Fittest match set for the July 1 Dynamite to crown a new champion.
