Waymo is now providing about 500,000 paid robotaxi rides a week across 11 U.S. cities, marking a broad commercial footprint for its autonomous taxi service.
The Alphabet subsidiary first launched the service in Phoenix in 2022 and has since expanded into cities in Arizona, California, Texas, Georgia, Florida and Tennessee.
