365 jobs were cut in CapitaLand Investment’s China business last year, reducing its local workforce by about 10% as the property downturn deepened.
9,542 employees remained globally in 2025, down from 10,158 a year earlier, according to the Singapore-listed company’s sustainability report published late Saturday.
That decline marked CapitaLand’s first drop in total headcount since 2022, underscoring how China’s prolonged real estate crisis is now feeding through to staffing.
