Activision rolled out a loyalty discount that cuts $10/£10 off the $99/£99 Vault Edition of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 for eligible players.
Eligibility covers players who bought and played qualifying Call of Duty titles from Modern Warfare 2019 through Black Ops 7, plus active Game Pass Ultimate, Premium and PC subscribers who played those games via Game Pass.
The offer arrives after Microsoft lowered Xbox Game Pass pricing and removed day-one Call of Duty releases, leaving Modern Warfare 4 off the service when it launches in October.
Vault Edition targets heavier spenders with multiplayer DLC packs and the Season 1 BlackCell battle pass, though any pre-order still includes early beta access.
Activision signaled the franchise may still reach Game Pass later, but the report said Modern Warfare 4 is unlikely to arrive for about a year after launch.
