Focus Partners Wealth said it will buy EverNest Financial Advisors, a Carmel, Indiana-based RIA with $960 million in client assets, with the transaction expected to close in the third quarter.

Focus Financial Partners oversees about $500 billion in advised assets; CEO Adam Birenbaum took over in December 2025, and the firm is majority-owned by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice.
