Three 2026 Razr models now span a clear performance ladder, from the base Razr with a MediaTek Dimensity 7450X and 8GB RAM to the Razr Ultra with a 3nm Snapdragon 8 Elite and 16GB RAM.
The Razr Ultra carries the biggest hardware jump: a 7.0-inch 165Hz AMOLED display, 5,000-mAh battery, 68W wired charging and a 50MP front camera.
Razr Plus sits in the middle with a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, 12GB RAM, 256GB storage, a 6.9-inch 165Hz screen and 45W wired charging, while the standard Razr keeps a 120Hz panel and 30W charging.
All three phones run Android 16 and use dual 50MP rear cameras, but the Ultra adds a larger main sensor and PDAF on its ultrawide camera, signaling Motorola's push to separate the top model on imaging as well as speed.
