Three months after extensive facial surgery, Janice Dickinson appeared in makeup-free and glam before-and-after images posted by Beverly Hills surgeon Dr. Harrison Lee, who said no filters or photo editing were used.
Lee said the 71-year-old model underwent an endoscopic brow and mid-face lift, deep-plane facelift, dual-plane neck lift, subnasal lip lift, fat transfer and full-face CO2 laser resurfacing.
The transformation follows a 2022 facial injury Dickinson said left her with permanent traumatic scarring while filming "I'm a Celebrity... South Africa," an incident that later led to a lawsuit against ITV, according to InStyle.
Fans split over the reveal, with some praising the results and others questioning how the dramatic makeover will age, as Dickinson has remained publicly candid about cosmetic surgery for years.
On a 2024 podcast, Dickinson said she got her first procedure at 32 while dating Sylvester Stallone and has said she does not regret the surgeries she has had.
Did a traumatic on-set injury necessitate her radical facial surgery, or was it a pre-planned rejuvenation?
