TFT Patch 17.4 Reworks Arbiter and Psionic Items, Buffing 20-plus Traits and Champions

Patch 17.4 overhauls Arbiter’s offering system so players always see one input and one output from each of three categories, cutting dead options and allowing up to two Leonas when reward odds exceed 100%.
Psionic items were rebuilt into broader-use stat packages rather than trait-locked tools, including a full rework of Target-Lock Optics to scale for either AD or AP units that switch targets.
Trait balance aims at wider comp diversity: Dark Star (6) was cut to 70% from 85%, while Challenger, N.O.V.A., Sniper, Space Groove (7) and several Stargazer patterns were buffed.
Champion changes span the roster, with buffs to Aatrox, Twisted Fate, Bel’Veth, Zoe, Aurora, Ornn, Viktor, Nami, Xayah and Graves, while Corki, Fiora, Zed and some hero augments were toned down.
The patch also disables Chest of Greed because of a bug, nerfs Rogue Emblem omnivamp to 25% from 40%, raises prismatic breakpoints for Star Guardian and Soul Fighter to 11, and fixes a long list of gameplay bugs.
