7,200 people attended NTUC and e2i’s Career Festival 2026 on Feb. 13-14, where workers received guidance on AI-driven job changes, training options and hiring opportunities.
More than 4,500 joined the career fair and over 3,500 took onsite interviews, underscoring e2i’s push to turn career advice into direct re-employment support.
e2i said its AI Career Coach has registered more than 9,500 jobseekers, offering resume reviews, skills-gap analysis, role suggestions and interview practice alongside human coaching.
Mr Crizz Cheong, 38, who was retrenched from a digital banking job last July, used e2i coaching and the AI tool before starting a new implementation manager role in April.
The festival and tools are part of e2i’s broader response to AI-led labour shifts, including 28 touchpoints islandwide and a portal with about 800 jobs and internships.
