Ellensburg, Selah and Kittitas residents and businesses can now buy Lightcurve fiber plans with upload and download speeds of up to 8 gigabits per second.
The company said the network upgrade targets heavier household and home-office use, including large families, many connected devices, gaming, content creation and business activity from home.
Lightcurve said the faster service is meant to absorb rising demand for streaming, remote work and AI-powered applications across Central Washington.
