Court papers filed in Rumer Willis' custody case say Demi Moore accused Derek Richard Thomas of trying to "dictate and control" her daughter during their two-year relationship.
Moore's declaration points to Louetta's birth as a key example, alleging Thomas jumped into the birthing tub uninvited, then turned angry and disruptive during labor and the hours after delivery.
She also said Thomas tried to isolate Willis from family support, demanded immediate skin-to-skin contact with the newborn, and created repeated conflict that left Willis stressed and sleep-deprived.
Thomas denied Moore's account as "hearsay and innuendo," said Willis had not wanted family present for 40 days after the birth, and claimed Moore threatened to "destroy" him.
The dispute stems from Thomas' custody filing last summer over 3-year-old Louetta, with a judge set to rule on custody and visitation on June 9.
