Honda said the redesigned 2027 CRF450 gains a claimed 10.3% in horsepower and sheds 9.9 pounds, while the HRC Works Edition returns alongside the standard motocross model.
The overhaul centers on an all-new engine and heavily revised chassis, with Honda tying the changes to stricter AMA 109.9-decibel sound limits and to better stability, damping consistency and rider control.
$10,099 is the new CRF450 price, up $400, while the CRF450 HRC Works Edition will sell for $12,999.
Key hardware changes include a new intake and exhaust, revised frame and swingarm, updated Showa suspension, a larger 1.9-gallon titanium fuel tank and sustainable materials in several body parts.
Honda is pitching the bike as its biggest CRF450 update in more than a decade, drawing on HRC race-team input after recent AMA Supercross, Pro Motocross and SuperMotocross title runs.
