Ukraine’s General Staff said Russian forces lost 1,160 troops over the past day, alongside 1,560 tactical UAVs in one of the largest reported drone-equipment hits.
The updated tally also added 42 artillery systems, seven armored fighting vehicles, seven ground robotic systems and 261 vehicles and tankers, reflecting continued heavy attrition across multiple battlefield categories.
Cumulative Russian losses now stand at 11,956 tanks, 24,625 armored fighting vehicles, 42,832 artillery systems and 314,902 tactical-level UAVs, according to the Ukrainian military.
The figures came as President Volodymyr Zelensky, after meeting top commanders Oleksandr Syrskyi and Andriy Hnatov, announced new long-range operations against Russia.
