  • Stage 1, due in the next several months, will add teamplay to Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era, alongside hero-skill rebalances and more random-map options such as map size and player-count settings.
  • Stage 2, slated for late 2026, shifts to online and progression fixes with matchmaking improvements, observer mode, replays, subclass reworks and creature-upgrade balancing.
  • Stage 3, planned for early 2027 ahead of the 1.0 release, brings the fan-requested Underground Layer, new tier-8 neutral creatures, higher spell levels and further hero balance changes.
  • Version 1.0 will complete campaign Acts 2 and 3 and add a new PvE roguelike mode, while developers say creatures, heroes, spells, AI tweaks, bug fixes and other quality-of-life updates will continue throughout early access.
  • The roadmap follows Olden Era's April 30 early-access launch and more than 1 million copies sold in under a month, with the update plan framed as a response to player feedback.
