Tarun Vats says Samsung is preparing a June 2026 update for the Galaxy S25 lineup that would add Priority Notifications and Summarize Notifications from the Galaxy S26.
Those features were expected to arrive with stable One UI 8.5 but did not, making the rumored update more than a routine security patch if it lands.
The claim covers the Galaxy S25, S25+, S25 Edge and S25 Ultra, while other S26 additions — including the AI-powered Finder app and Now Nudges — are still absent.
Samsung has already begun rolling out stable One UI 8.5 to eligible Galaxy phones and tablets after ending the beta program, but there is still no credible word on a 24MP camera mode for the S25 series.
