$1,000 in bond was covered by GUNTHER on May 20, with court records showing he paid two $500 checks to secure Ludwig Kaiser's release from an Orlando jail.
The battery charge stems from an April 23 elevator incident at Kaiser's apartment complex, where police say he punched a man multiple times after the man told Kaiser and girlfriend Andrea Bazarte to "have some manners."
CCTV recorded the encounter, and Kaiser has pleaded not guilty; a separate account alleges the complainant also threatened to call ICE on Bazarte before the fight escalated.
A pre-trial conference is set for July 16 in Orange County, with a possible trial window of Aug. 10 to Aug. 28, though Kaiser has already been cleared to travel out of state and internationally.
That clearance leaves him free to wrestle in AAA's main event in two days, where he is scheduled to appear as El Grande Americano in a Mask vs. Mask match.
