Jennifer Lopez told Jimmy Kimmel Live! she is happily single and "should have done it sooner," saying she is in no rush to date again.
The 56-year-old said she had been "doing it all wrong" by spending most of her adult life in relationships and does not want to "ruin" how good being on her own feels.
Lopez filed for divorce from Ben Affleck in August 2024 after two years of marriage, and the split was finalized in January 2025.
Earlier this year, she said she had "always had a boyfriend" since her early 20s and was only now learning to trust and appreciate herself more.
The comments came during promotion for her Netflix film Office Romance, due for release on June 5.
