AtlasEdge lined up more than €1.2 billion in financing to expand AI-focused data center capacity in under-served parts of Europe.
€738 million of the package is a loan to consolidate debt, while another €500 million is uncommitted funding available for further buildout.
Goldman Sachs, ING and UniCredit are among the banks backing the financing, according to CEO Tesh Durvasula.
The deal gives the Liberty Global- and DigitalBridge-backed operator fresh firepower as demand for AI infrastructure spreads beyond Europe’s biggest data center hubs.
