Three men from Turkey, Algeria and Albania were sentenced to eight months in prison after pleading guilty at Folkestone Magistrates' Court to arriving in the UK without entry clearance.
Three others — two Sudanese men and an Iranian man — were charged with endangering lives during a sea crossing, remanded in custody and due at Canterbury Crown Court in June.
989 migrants reached the UK in small boats between Friday and Monday over the bank holiday weekend, helped by sunny weather and calmer Channel waters.
The CPS said charges were authorised within hours of receiving evidence and linked the cases to efforts to disrupt organised crime groups behind the crossings.
8,565 people have crossed the Channel so far in 2026, 37% below a year earlier, as the UK points to a £662 million France deal adding drones, helicopters and beach patrols.
