$789 and $949 Steam Deck OLED models are back on Valve’s store after being largely unavailable since mid-February, with shipping listed at three to five days.
RAM and storage shortages that have hit consumer tech since fall 2025 drove the increases, lifting the 512GB model by $240 from $549 and the 1TB version by $300 from $649.
Valve has also dropped the older $399 LCD base model with 256GB storage, a discontinuation announced before the latest price changes.
The higher prices leave Valve selling a nearly 3-year-old revision of a more than 4-year-old handheld, though many Asus and Lenovo rivals are also nearing or topping $1,000.
