Overview
Amazon's decision to license its Alexa Shopping AI to other retailers marks a major strategic shift, building on its long-standing approach of turning internal technology into new revenue streams. By offering advanced AI capabilities through Amazon Web Services, Amazon empowers a wider range of retailers to enhance their shopping experiences.
